Campaign Organizer Agreement

This Campaign Organizer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the individual or entity creating a fundraising campaign ("Organizer") and FundOurCause.Org ("Platform") to govern the terms of campaign creation, fund management, and associated responsibilities.

1. Verification
To create and manage a campaign on the Platform, the Organizer must provide proof of identity, such as a government-issued ID, and if applicable, documentation verifying tax-exempt status or affiliation with the listed organization. The Platform reserves the right to verify submitted information and reject or suspend campaigns at its sole discretion.

2. Fund Use Accountability
The Organizer agrees that all funds raised must be used solely for the purpose described in the campaign. Misuse of funds, including but not limited to fraud, diversion, or misrepresentation, will result in immediate suspension of the campaign, potential legal action, and forfeiture of any remaining funds. The Platform reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and take necessary action to protect donors and the integrity of the platform.

3. Fund Disbursement
Funds will be released to the Organizer in accordance with the following conditions:

• Upon reaching specific milestones as outlined in the campaign description.
• At the conclusion of the campaign, subject to verification of fund usage and compliance with this Agreement.
• If applicable, in periodic installments as determined by the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to withhold or delay disbursement if fraudulent activity, misuse, or non-compliance is suspected.

4. Indemnification
The Organizer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Organizer’s campaign, fund usage, or any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or this Agreement.

5. Refund Policy
The Platform does not guarantee refunds to donors. However, in cases of campaign cancellation, fraud, or other extenuating circumstances, the Platform may, at its discretion, issue refunds. The Organizer acknowledges and agrees that in such instances, funds may be returned to donors, and the Organizer shall have no claim to such funds.

6. General Provisions
a. Amendments – The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
b. Severability – If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
c. Governing Law – This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

By creating a campaign, the Organizer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
